Fast and accurate signal search

With the SatmeterHD 5 Combo all television signals can be measured. It provides accurate measurements for satellite, cable and terrestrial television (including DVB-T2 HD). The DVB-S2X measurement can also be used to measure UHD frequencies. The complete housing is made of robust and high-quality aluminium, in which a 5 inch AMOLED colour display has been integrated. As a small highlight, an LED light is mounted on the back of the housing to measure the system even in low light conditions. Operation is child's play with the clear and well-structured menu. All measurement functions are easy to access and almost self-explanatory.

Large signal level display and live TV playback

To align onedish, first orient yourself to the signal level and signal quality. These can be switched to large display with the press of a button to make optimum use of the display.
To check the TV picture live afterwards, the measuring device offers an integrated receiver. Playback of all freely receivable digital programmes in SD and HD is possible. Furthermore, a channel list with the most popular programs is preinstalled, which you can also customize to suit your individual needs. If stations or frequencies change, you can search for them via the menu.

spectrum and constellation analysis

To evaluate the signal of the satellite system and to analyze possible reception errors, use the spectrum analysis. They find errors faster and can quickly adjust the satellite system for the best possible reception.
The constellation analysis provides a further view of the satellite reception to evaluate the signal and eliminate sources of error. You can see immediately whether the signal is arriving in a bundled or scattered form. Furthermore, additional measurement data such as dBm, CNR, BER can be shown on the display.

Angle calculation and satellite detection for fast alignment

The angle calculation helps you to determine the vertical and horizontal angle of the antenna, because elevation and azimuth change depending on the location. Simply enter the data of the location and the measuring instrument quickly calculates the appropriate angle settings for the dish. This makes it easier to find the desired satellite.

With the automatic satellite recognition (NIT) you will be immediately informed on which satellite you are located. This makes alignment attempts lasting several minutes a thing of the past.

Power battery and many accessories

The integrated power battery provides up to 4 hours of operation. It can be charged with a standard 230V power supply or with the included car charger adapter while travelling in the car. The enclosed protective cover with carrying strap protects the measuring instrument from dirt and splash water. Save the measured data to a USB stick for later analysis. The program list can also be exported and future firmware updates installed via USB.
